Kevin is the one you want if you want to avoid hiring 3 different people. He’s the complete package. He means what he says,”where renovation meets real estate.” Kevin inspected our home, pointed out what needed replaced or repaired, and because he is also an experienced contractor, he knows  exactly what needs to be done, how to get it done and what the cost will be. He not only got our home ready for sale, but sold it within 16 hours of listing it and for a lot more over our asking price. He’s fantastic!

What a refreshing experience dealing with Kevin. He has a unique business model in selling real estate...and he doesn't disappoint or over commit. Kevin handled ever situation that arose. He expertly helped us decide between whether to renovate or not and what changes were financially worth it. Knowing the market as he does his recommendations were spot on. He did the construction with his construction company and found several buyers. He handled every detail of the renovation, the open houses, and any issue that arose and got my house sold at a very acceptable price in a short period of time. What's not to like? I posted this week that I made two huge real estate deals in the last few months. Both deals were a result of the hard work and professional support I received from my Real Estate Agent, Kevin Richards. Kevin was instrumental in helping me make the purchase of our new Farm. He worked with my  finance company, the selling agent, and with me to keep me up-to-date on all issues that would impact my deal. As you know, having positive communication that is factual and timely in real estate deals is key. Kevin is the KING of communications. Then I after dismissing my first agent who was supposed to help me sell my house, I asked Kevin Richards to step in, and sign a contract with me to sell my house. Even before we signed the contract Kevin shared his master plan to sell my house. He worked tirelessly and went so far above and beyond the expectations of a real estate agent. He broadcast the house for sale to so many venues that I couldn't keep count. He hosted a Brokers Open House, which brought in great participation to allow other agents to know that the house was on the market. Kevin worked non-stop to make a deal that was beneficial to me. He offers a unique service since he also owns his own construction company that for zero interest, he & his team came into the house and assessed what needed to be done. Before we posted the house for sale, he & his team replaced carpet with beautiful hardwood. He financed the hardwood and I didn't have to pay for it until I sold my house. Wow! Kevin was non-stop. He worked long hours to market and show the house. He went so far beyond anything that I would have expected. The difference between him and my first agent, is that Kevin delivered. He didn't just tell me what he was gonna do, he told me what he accomplished. A huge difference in my book. He is a man I trust.
